Carnivore Diet, My Story

I am an elderly carnivore named Steve and this is my story. It all began when I was 78 years old and realized that I was not in good health. The signs were all there - a mix of family history and troubling symptoms. I had been on high blood pressure medication for years, as prescribed by my cardiologist, but eventually started experiencing the same symptoms associated with high blood pressure. This included angina chest pains, numbness and pain in various parts of my body, and a history of heart attacks and strokes in my family. Despite my concerns, the cardiologist kept pushing for me to take more medication, but I was hesitant to become reliant on a cocktail of pills like many of my family members had.

I was terrified of the possibility of suffering a stroke and had even experienced a few mini strokes(TIAs), which affected my speech and cognitive abilities. Along with these issues, I also struggled with severe leg cramps, arthritis, and persistent back pain. It was a miserable existence, filled with various health problems that seemed to have no solution. One day, while listening to conversations about the carnivore diet, memories of my grandfather, who was a lifelong carnivore, came flooding back. Despite being advised by doctors to cut out fats and meat, my grandfather defied their warnings and lived a long, healthy life. Inspired by his example, I decided to give the carnivore diet a try.

After just a few weeks on the carnivore diet, I noticed significant changes in my health. My blood pressure dropped, my chest pains disappeared, and the angina was gone. The numbness in my head vanished, and the muscle cramps ceased. I had more energy, my skin improved, and even my mental state felt brighter. In addition, issues like night sweats, hair loss, and bruising were no longer a problem. The transformation was astounding, and I couldn't believe how much better I felt on this diet. Despite initial doubts and struggles, I persevered with the carnivore diet and saw incredible improvements in my overall well-being.

I hesitated to share my story for a long time, but I felt compelled to because of the benefits I have experienced. While I am not a medical professional, I am sharing my journey with the hope that it may inspire others to explore healthier options. The carnivore diet has truly changed my life for the better, and I am grateful for the positive impact it has had on my health. It has been a challenging yet rewarding journey, and I look forward to continuing to document my progress in the future.
